Three artist categories are available: Main Exhibitor (maximum 150 artists), Community Showcase (maximum 35 artists), and Youth Showcase (maximum 5 artists, ages 13-18). A blind jury of 3 judges scores applications based on Impact, Style/Design, and Technical Skill. The jury fee is $25 per category (non-refundable). Four artwork images are required for submission. Community Showcase artists must be 18 years or older; Youth Showcase artists must be between 13 and 18 at the start of the show.

Booth fees are $110 for both Community and Youth Showcase (11' x 11' spaces). Setup is Friday, July 31st from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The fair runs Saturday, August 1st and Sunday, August 2nd from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Artists must provide their own white 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.
