About This Call
Decode Gallery invites photographers to submit portrait photography for their Portrait exhibition. Often, portraits show aspects of the subject's character that may not be immediately apparent. Portraits tell a story. The art of crafting a portrait has been around for centuries and continues to capture us today.
Submit 1-5 photographs. The call for entry is open to all photographers worldwide, both amateur and professional. Entry fee is $40.00. Submission deadline is September 26th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Exhibition dates are November 1st - November 29th, 2025. Juror: Holly Hart, a conceptual fine art photographer who graduated with a BA in Photography from the Art Institute of Seattle in 2011. Her work has been published internationally in magazines and exhibited in galleries nationwide.
