Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival 2025

This 21st annual juried fine arts festival is well known for exceptional treatment of artists, many of whom return year after year. The outdoor venue is beautiful Styron Square in the heart of Port Warwick in Newport News and is often described as "walking through an outdoor art gallery." The festival searches for qualified artists throughout the country who continually challenge themselves to achieve a higher artistic level both in subject matter and technique.

The show is organized by the Port Warwick Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that encourages emerging artists and embraces culturally diverse artists. No more than 120 artists are accepted through rolling admission until the show is filled. Prior-year award winning artists are jury-exempt, with notification within 2 weeks of application. The festival features cash awards in 14 categories, live entertainment all weekend, expanding family and children's activities, food trucks, and is conveniently located between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach.

Booth fees are $350 for a 10x10 space or $650 for a double booth space, plus a $35 registration fee. Artists must provide their own white tents and display equipment. The festival includes 24-hour security, complimentary lunch both days, VIP dinner Saturday night, champagne brunch Sunday morning during awards ceremony, and the festival poster is selected from artists' uploaded images. All original pieces must be signed and created within the last 2 years. Reproductions are permitted but must be clearly labeled and comprise no more than 25% of booth display.
