About This Call
Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd invites professional artists and/or art collectives/teams to respond to an Expression of Interest (EOI) to create a permanent outdoor artwork at the Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) in Pickering, Ontario. The artwork will serve as a "gateway" feature at the north-east corner of the site, located at the north-west corner of Church & Bayly Street. The facility will host approximately 20,000 visitors per year and includes a test track, guest center, vehicle displays, café, retail store, and simulator lab. Artists are asked to broadly consider Porsche's motorsport heritage with a focus on sustainability and the PEC's location (Pickering/Toronto/Ontario/Canada), appealing to existing customers and key target groups: Driven Youth, Driven Females, and New Creative Leaders.
