Pop-up Juried Exhibition

Dublin Arts Council invites graduate and undergraduate students currently enrolled at The Ohio State University and Columbus College of Art & Design to submit artwork for a juried, pop-up exhibition. This exhibition is open to 2-dimensional, mounted and framed artwork not to exceed 36 inches in either dimension. All work will be for sale, with artwork values between $50-$250. One of the goals of the exhibition is to support emerging artists through careful selection and potential purchase of a number of works.

Selected artwork will be on view April 14-17, 2020 at the Dublin Arts Council gallery located at 7125 Riverside Drive, Dublin, Ohio. A free, public reception with light refreshments will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Artists are encouraged to attend. This opportunity provides professional experience for artists exhibiting in a juried show, working with a curator, and gaining exposure to new audiences. Select artwork will be acquired via purchase award(s).

Submissions must include up to 8 JPEG images (recommended 1920 x 1920 pixels, no more than 1.8 MB each), an artist statement (up to 500 words), a resume/CV (up to two pages), and an image list with descriptions (not to exceed 200 words each). Artists selected will drop off artwork April 7-10, 2020 at the gallery.
