Pink Palace Crafts Fair 2025

The 53rd Annual Pink Palace Crafts Fair takes place September 26-28, 2025, at Audubon Park in Memphis, Tennessee. This three-day family-oriented celebration is the largest juried arts and crafts fair in the Mid-South and one of the oldest established crafts fairs in the country. The fair attracts artists from across the country and serves as the largest fundraising event for the Museum of Science and History. Fair hours are Friday and Saturday 10AM-6PM, and Sunday 10AM-5PM.

The fair accepts two categories of exhibitors: Juried Fine Crafts (individually handcrafted items with original designs, including all fine craft categories and two-dimensional artwork) and Juried Handicraft (home craft and hobbyist items). Accepted mediums include acrylic, ceramics, glass, jewelry, metalwork, musical instruments, oil, photography, printmaking, textiles, watercolor, woodworking, and others. All work must be original and handmade by the artist. Commercially manufactured items, imports, kit-made items, and non-original patterns are prohibited.

Application deadline is July 15, 2025, with notifications by July 25. The application fee is free and requires 4 images plus a booth shot. Artists must be present for the complete duration of the fair. Best of Show and Merit awards are given. Amenities include a crafts fair t-shirt, booth sitting services, morning coffee and fruit, artist hospitality tent, 24-hour security, and drive-up access for setup. Artist check-in and setup occurs Wednesday, September 24 (11AM-5PM) and Thursday, September 25 (10AM-7PM).
