About This Call
The 71st Annual Virginia Highlands Festival Photography competition features categories for youth, amateurs, professionals, altered images, and cell phone photos. The theme for this year's competition is "Acceptance." The panel of jurors has expanded the prize categories to include cell phone images, recognizing that people are taking extraordinary images with their phones.

Submissions must include a minimum of 1 image and a maximum of 20 images. The application deadline is July 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
