Photography, Canvas & Print Pop-Up Market 2025

Photography, canvases and prints will be the featured art at this indoor Pop-Up Market at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 10 am to 6 pm. This first-time event takes place on the Market's second floor in the Banquet Room and Greenhouse. Booth sizes vary and vendors applying will be juried on a rolling basis. The event will be advertised and promoted in West Michigan through printed literature, press releases, email blasts, and paid and organic social media campaigns.

The event is for the sale of photography and other art on canvas and/or prints, including art on canvas or prints (all mediums), bookmarks, cards, gift wrap, journals, magnets, photography, stationery, and stickers. Four booth styles are available: Greenhouse 8'X5 ($100), Greenhouse 8X10 ($150), Banquet Room 8x5 ($100), and Banquet Room 8x10 ($150). Vendors will be accepted for no more than three Downtown Market Vendor events in 2025 to ensure variety throughout the season.

Vendors will be notified within two weeks of applying, with notification date of February 14, 2025. The application is free and requires 6 images plus a booth shot. Accepted vendors must provide liability insurance with additional insured entities by Friday, February 14, 2025. The Grand Rapids Downtown Market is a 138,000 square foot public market open seven days a week, featuring 19 indoor food vendors and hosting year-round events.
