Photo Artfolio Inspiring Photographer Grant

Photo Artfolio invites photographers worldwide to apply for the Photo Artfolio Inspiring Photographer Grant. One photographer will be awarded a $750 grant for a body of work. Photographers should submit 10-20 images with a brief project description. There are no restrictions on subject matter, and the grant welcomes submissions from diverse themes, ideas, and perspectives. All forms and categories of photography are eligible with the exception of AI-generated work. Images should hold together and both provoke and excite viewers. This call is open to photographers worldwide, both amateur and professional.

The application fee is $25 and includes up to 20 images in total. All work submitted must be original work created and owned by the submitting photographer. Images must be in JPEG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, with a maximum file size of 5 MB. Photographers may submit multiple projects, but each project requires a separate application with 10-20 images and a project description.

Applications close September 12th, 2023 at 11:59 PM MST. Photographers will receive notification of acceptance by November 7th, 2023 when the winning photographer's work will be published in Photo Artfolio's online gallery. The winning photographer will receive $750 to be used however they deem appropriate. All sales inquiries will be directed to the photographer's website, and photographers receive 100% of the sale of their work. By submitting images, you agree that the images are your own work and that you own all rights to them. Should you receive the grant, you give Photo Artfolio the right to display your images on their website and social media to help promote their online exhibitions, with credit provided wherever feasible.
