About This Call
This 2-day outdoor art show takes place on the central lawns of Emmet County Fairgrounds in Petoskey, a Northwest Michigan tourist destination with a walkable downtown, breweries, wineries and waterfront. The focus is on the art show with a side area for patrons to relax with cocktails. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of qualified experts, with the top artists in their categories selected according to their skill and quality of work.
Artist amenities include complimentary bottled water, coffee each morning, snacks throughout the day, free vendor parking, and booth sitters for bathroom breaks. Overnight parking is available for an additional $50 (must be self-contained with no electric or water hookups and provide copy of vehicle insurance). Categories are capped with no more than 25% jewelry. All work exhibited must be handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces created by the artist.
Booth spaces are approximately 12' wide by 12' deep on grass or pavement. Jury fee is $15 before April 1st, $25 after. Booth fee is $275, corner booths $350, double booths $550. All exhibitor tents must be white with professional displays. Setup is Friday 2-6pm (optional) and Saturday 7am-8:30am. This is a rain or shine event with no refunds for cancellations.
