Pet Parade

Pet Parade is an exhibition opportunity for artists ages 18 and up. Artists may submit up to 2 original works of art completed in the last two years. All painting and drawing media are eligible. No reproductions, photographs, or digitally produced images are accepted. Works must not be copied from any other artist or published materials, created while under supervision, or previously exhibited in Cumberland County, North Carolina. All entries must be for sale.

Works must not exceed 8 x 10 inches excluding frame and must be properly wired for hanging. No saw tooth hangers are permitted. Plexi glass is required on all shipped works on paper. Digital entries of up to two images are submitted by the June 18th deadline. The entry fee is $15 for one entry or $20 for two entries, plus a $5 media fee. Artists will be notified of acceptance by July 2nd. Accepted works are due at Cape Fear Studios July 14th-20th. The exhibition runs July 23rd through August 24th, with pick up and return shipping August 25th-28th.

Accepted works may be shipped to Cape Fear Studios Inc., 148 Maxwell Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301, with prepaid return shipping labels included. Hand delivered works should be dropped off during regular business hours. Cape Fear Studios retains a 30% commission on all sales, with artist payments issued within 30 days of the close of the exhibit.
