About This Call
The Peoria Heights Arts Collaborative (PHAC) presents the 2025 Peoria Heights Fine Art Fair, a two-day juried event taking place Saturday May 10, 2025 from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday May 11, 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm in Tower Park located at 4901 N Prospect Road in Peoria Heights. This juried fair features a top prize of $1,000 and welcomes emerging artists across 13 medium categories including ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber/textiles, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood.
The application fee is $30 per entry (non-refundable if not selected) and the booth fee is $250 for a 10' x 10' space. Artists may reserve a maximum of two spaces side by side. Five images must be submitted with the application - four samples of work and one booth display image. Applications are reviewed by a jury consisting of PHAC Board members and local artists, with successful applications announced on April 18, 2025. Artists must be present during the entire festival and work must be of original design and personal execution.
Awards include 1st Place ($1,000), 2nd Place ($500), 3rd Place ($250), and Best Booth ($100). Judging takes place between 9:00am and 11:00am on Saturday with awards announced at 1:00pm. The fair provides free artist parking, complimentary morning coffee, one free box lunch per booth each day, security during show hours and Saturday night, and festival team support. Artists must provide their own 10' x 10' white tent with weights as the event is held on pavement. Cancellations before May 1, 2025 receive a full refund of the booth fee.
