Peoria Art Guild: Nude Attitude 2015

Peoria Art Guild is accepting submissions for Nude Attitude 2015, an international juried competition with $1,500 in cash prizes. The submission deadline is January 16, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. MST. Artists will be notified of acceptance or rejection by January 31, 2015. The event runs February 27 - March 4, 2015.

Submission Requirements: A non-refundable application fee of $40 is required. Artists may submit up to two completed original works of art in JPG format. All works must be for sale. Submissions must be received by the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. No substitutions of selected works will be accepted.

Accepted Artists: Accepted artists receive complimentary event entry plus three guest passes. Artists are responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. Artwork must be shipped in reusable crates or cartons and must be "gallery ready" upon arrival (hanging works must include installed wire). The Guild assumes no responsibility for damages during shipping. Artists are responsible for providing their own insurance. The Guild bears no responsibility for loss or damage to works before, during, or after the event. If artwork is not picked up within 90 days of the exhibit closing, it becomes the property of the Peoria Art Guild. Gallery commission is 30/70. While the show promotes a broad interpretation of the nude, works depicting arousal or graphic sexual genitalia are typically not displayed.
