About This Call
The People's Choice Festival was founded in 1993 and is a 4-day arts and crafts festival located in Centre Hall, PA. This show was created by PA artists for PA artists and includes approximately 190 artisan booths, food court vendors, specialty food vendors, wineries, children's activities, community groups, free music and live entertainment. The festival runs July 10th-13th, 2025, with new hours: Thursday to Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. The event is held rain or shine with free parking for public and vendors.
Only Pennsylvania residents are eligible to participate as vendors. Accepted mediums include Action (such as onsite portraiture and broommaking), Baskets, Clay, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Photography, Polymer Clay, Wood, and 2D work. Each booth must contain work in only a single medium, with small amounts of complementary secondary medium allowed if it represents less than 10% of total product. Booth fees range from $475 for a single 10'x10' booth to $750 for a double 10'x20' booth, plus a $35 processing fee. Corner spaces are available for an additional $60 but only for 10'x15' or 10'x20' booths.
Artisans must use commercial grade white tents, stay all four days, and maintain booth hours throughout the festival. Liability insurance of $1,000,000 is required with certificates due by June 1, 2025. The festival provides amenities including a full setup day with complimentary lunch, overnight security, free nearby parking, optional RV camping, booth sitters, and courtesy shuttle service. Artists will be notified of acceptance status by February 15, 2025, with approximately 150 artists selected from around 180 applications annually.
