About This Call
This international group exhibition invites artists to submit artworks featuring people, places, and/or things, with an open theme otherwise. Any medium, style, and size are accepted, and artworks can be created in any year. The exhibition is online only and will be live from Saturday, June 7th, 2025 through Thursday, July 3rd, 2025. The submission deadline is Monday, June 2nd, 2025.
Submit 1-20 jpg images of original artworks. For 2D works, crop images to show artwork only, removing excess shadows, highlights, or blurriness. For 3D works, ensure proper lighting, center composition, and an all-white background. Do not submit artwork containing nudity, genitalia, racist, offensive, harassing, or erotic themes. Artworks do not have to be for sale. Artists must be 18 years or older and submit original works only.
Entry fee is $15 for the first artwork and $3 for each additional work (non-refundable). All artists will have at least one artwork featured on the gallery's social media pages. The Hummingbird & Dragonfly Art Gallery, based in Los Angeles with over 2K Instagram followers, will promote the exhibition on both its Instagram and the sister gallery KBM Art Gallery's X (formerly Twitter) page to nearly 20K followers. Artists retain 100% of profits from artwork sales and full ownership rights. The gallery directs interested buyers to artists via email, social media, or other websites. Artists may display and promote their work elsewhere and should notify the gallery if work sells. This is a juried exhibition with anonymous jurors to maintain unbiased results.
