About This Call

The largest arts and crafts festival in Central Texas, Pecan Street Festival is a free, two day arts Festival held twice yearly at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, Texas, minutes from Downtown Austin. Taking place the first Saturday & Sunday in May and the second to last Saturday & Sunday in September, the juried Festival attracts hundreds of local and national artisans and offers original handcrafted creations in a variety of mediums - from metalwork, woodwork, fiber, clay, leather, glass and stone to repurposed materials of all kinds. Festival hours are Saturday (11AM - 9PM) & Sunday (11AM - 8PM), featuring over 200 juried artisan vendor booths.

This is a rolling jury with applications accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the floor is filled, applications will be closed. Application fee is $30 (non-refundable), with booth fees paid separately upon acceptance. Images required: 4, with booth shot required. Emerging artists are accepted. All vendor tents must have NFPA-701 tag physically sewn into tent canopy. Arts & crafts vendors may purchase regular booth, side booth, or end cap options in 10' X 10' or 10' X 20' sizes.

The festival showcases nearly 20 musical acts performing on three stages, includes Festival de Calle Seis celebrating Latinx culture on Sunday, and offers kid-friendly activities including rides, face-painting, and interactive workshops. Twenty food vendors offer both indulgent and healthy options throughout the festival. Pecan Street Festival is a family event and does not accept artwork that is explicit or indecent in nature.
