PAPNM Juried Members Exhibition at PACE

PACE Juried Members Exhibition is a juried exhibition and sale of original two-dimensional en plein air artworks presented by the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico (PAPNM) at the Plein Air Convention and Expo hosted by Plein Air Magazine at the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder Hotel, May 17-21, 2022. PAPNM is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization of artists dedicated to preserving and promoting painting "en plein air" - in the open air or outdoors.

Eligibility is limited to current PAPNM members working in two-dimensional mediums (not digital art) at the Artist Members, Signature Members, or Master Signature Members levels. PAPNM membership for 2022 must be current with dues paid in full before submitting. All work must be at least 80% completed en plein air during the last two years; works created prior to February 1, 2020 are not eligible. Works must be original concept and painted solely by the entering artist, and must not violate copyright laws. Works done under the guidance of an instructor are not eligible.

Each artist may submit up to 4 images; the first image costs $28 and each additional image costs $10 (non-refundable). A maximum of one painting per artist will be selected, with approximately 10 pieces on a waitlist. Framed pieces must not exceed 22" width by 32" height. Images submitted must not include signatures (blind jury). Jury notifications will be emailed no later than April 22, 2022, and artists will have until May 5, 2022 to accept or decline their invitation.
