About This Call

The Overton County Arts Council (OCAC) looks forward to welcoming twenty-five plein air painters for our third annual plein air event taking place from September 29 through October 3, 2026. Our five-day event is set in the rolling hills of beautiful Overton County, Tennessee and along the shores of legendary Dale Hollow Lake. Proceeds from the event go toward OCAC's mission. Host housing is available.
