Our Power, Our Planet

KBM Art Gallery invites artists to submit Earth Day artworks for an international group exhibition using the official 2025 Earth Day theme: Our Power, Our Planet. Artists are invited to submit artworks conveying Earth, nature, animals, people, landscapes, climate change, action/inaction, or anything showing the power and ability for hope/change in the world or the lack thereof. Artworks can be any medium/style, any size, and created in any year.

This is an online-only exhibition running for 5 weeks from Saturday, April 12th, 2025 through Friday, May 16th, 2025. Three artworks will be chosen for 2 weeks of pinned-promotion on Instagram. One artwork will be selected for an Honorable Mention. All 4 artists will receive printable certificates for their achievement. Artists can be tagged in these posts if they follow the gallery's Instagram page (@kbmartgallery). All accepted artists will have at least one artwork featured on the gallery's social media pages, and artworks will not be removed from social media even after the exhibition closes, except upon artist request.

Artists retain 100% of profits from artwork sales and maintain full ownership and rights to display and promote their work elsewhere. The gallery can link exhibited artwork directly to an artist's personal website. Submission requirements: submit 1-20 JPG images of up to 20 different artworks. For 2D works, crop images to artwork only. For 3D works, ensure proper lighting, centered composition, and all-white background. Do not submit artwork containing nudity, genitalia, racist/offensive/harassing themes, or erotic content. Entry fee: $30 for the first artwork and $3 for each additional work. Artists must be 18 years or older and submit original works. Deadline: Monday, April 7th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
