About This Call
The 5th Annual Orange Beach Freedom Fest returns to The Wharf on Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st, 2025. Hours for the festival are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 20th and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 21st. The festive weekend will feature arts and crafts and outdoor experience vendor booths on the Wharf's west side, along with food vendors, a music stage, and military groups with activities and information. Bama Coast Cruisin' show's vintage and classic cars will be lining Main Street along with a Kids' Zone next to the Ferris wheel.
Vendor categories include art mediums (pottery, glass, leather, mixed media, painting, photography, woodwork, textiles/fibers, metalwork), crafts, jewelry, specialty goods (BBQ sauce, olive oil, honey, nuts, candles, soaps), outdoor lifestyle vendors, and limited commercial vendors. All spaces are 10 x 10 and vendors must supply their own tent and setup materials. No electricity is available and generators are not permitted. Arts & Crafts Booths and Commercial Booths are $125 each with no more than two booth spaces per vendor.
Applications require 3 images including a booth shot and two product examples. Applications close July 9th, 2025 with acceptance notification on July 16th, 2025. Booth purchase deadline is August 15th, 2025. Vendors can check in and begin setup on Friday, September 19th from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., with Saturday morning setup from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Baldwin County requires a Transient Vendor license for festival participants.
