Old Louisville Springfest 2025

Now in its 13th year, Springfest is a one-day, outdoor celebration of original art, live music, food trucks and spirits taking place on May 17, 2025 from 10 AM to 7 PM. The festival is located in historic Old Louisville which features one of the largest collections of Victorian homes in the country. The event draws thousands of visitors and nearly 100 vendors including many favorite food trucks, with performances, demonstrations, games and multiple play areas for kids, plus a beer garden and live music for adults.

Springfest has implemented a standard for high quality crafts and original handmade items. Accepted mediums include candles, ceramics, clothing, digital art, drawing, fiber, floral, glass, handmade items for pets, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, soaps, sculpture, specialty food and wood. Excluded items include mass produced merchandise, crafts created from kits, booths used primarily for lead generation, products with offensive messages/imagery, multi-level marketing companies, independent distributors, and items with copyright infringement issues.

Booth fees range from $100-200 depending on type and timing, with an additional $25 application fee. Standard booth space is 10' x 10' with vendors required to provide their own tents (maximum 10'x10' size and 9' height due to tree branches). Set up begins at 7 AM on festival day, and vendors must remain open all festival hours. The festival takes place rain or shine with no refunds for inclement weather, though booth fee refunds are available for cancellations prior to April 15 minus a $25 processing fee.
