About This Call
Oktoberfest is a festival that features brews, food, live music, local artisans, as well as activities like the fan-favorite dachshund races, and more! This event, while gated, is free admission to customers. The festival accepts emerging artists and requires 6 images plus a booth shot for applications.
Accepted medium categories include Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products (must be pre-packaged and not consumable on-site), Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting (all paint mediums), Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking. Vendors with alcohol or alcohol products are excluded. The jury process begins on April 28, 2025, and applications received after May 4, 2025 will not be reviewed.
Booth space is 10' x 10' for both weekends at $650.00, with additional booth sizes available based on square footage and availability. A $300.00 deposit per 10' x 10' space is required upon acceptance, and full payment is due by August 15, 2025. The selection process considers vendors with large event experience, distinct product lines with variety in price points, and the ability to operate within 10' x 10' space requirements with limited electrical needs.
