Oglebayfest 2025

Oglebayfest 2025 is a juried artists' market and gourmet market festival held October 3-5, 2025 in West Virginia. The entry deadline is May 31, 2025, with an application fee of $30. Jury notifications will be emailed June 26th.

Submit 5-7 high-quality photos of individual artworks or products and 2 photos of your booth setup. Include your company name, name, email, phone number, mailing address, and website or social media. For the Artists' Market, all work must be original concept and design and handmade. For the Gourmet Market, items must be specialty food products not widely commercially available, and the applicant must be the company owner or principal producer. No manufacturer representatives are accepted to the Artists' Market.

Booth space options include: 10x10 with your own tent ($175), 10x20 with your own tent ($300), 10x10 in provided tent ($300), or 10x20 in provided tent ($535). Additional costs: electricity ($15), 8ft table ($15), chair ($5). Booth space cost includes no commission on sales, artist's dinner, cash awards for Best of Show in Fine Arts, Crafts, and Gourmet Market, overnight security, booth side loading and unloading, booth sitters for breaks, and complimentary coffee and water. Payment in full is due August 1st. Refunds are available if cancelling by September 1st. Booth setup occurs October 2-3, with all booths required to be completely set up by noon Friday, October 3rd. Festival hours: Friday noon-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-5pm. Exhibitors must set up and dismantle their own displays and be present during festival hours. An Up & Coming Artist Program offers free booth space to artists with little to no festival exhibiting experience. West Virginia Consumer Sales Tax must be collected on all sales and remitted to the state.
