Office Manager, Easter Conservation

Easter Conservation is an art conservation, matting and framing business that is looking for an office manager and receptionist. We are looking for someone motivated, organized and people oriented. Telephone courtesy is a must. Strong computer skills and a background in art is highly preferable. We are looking for a quick learner and someone who is flexible and efficient with time management. The position will require proficiency in Google Workplace, with expertise in spreadsheet maintenance, invoicing, and email communications. This role will be a point of contact for individual, institutional, and corporate clients. Professional etiquette and timeliness is a must. A successful candidate will have experience in client relations and project organization. Our business necessitates someone with good aesthetic judgement and color sensitivity. This is a part time position which could lead to full time. Pay is $17/hr.
