Ocotillo Art Show

The Ocotillo Art Show is an outdoor art fair seeking original artwork and handmade items from artists. Booth spaces are available in 10'x10' ($60) or 10'x20' ($120) configurations on pavement and paved cobblestone. A $15 non-refundable application fee is required at time of submission. A $50 late fee applies if booth fees are not paid by Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Jewelers will be limited to 20% of total accepted artists.

Artists must provide their own white straight-legged tent, displays, tables, chairs, and signage. Tent legs require 30-40 lb. weights. No electricity is available. Artist check-in begins at 7:00am on the day of the show, and artists must arrive at least 1 hour before show time. The outdoor show will proceed rain or shine with no rain date scheduled. If cancelled due to extreme weather, a discount will be given toward the next organized show. Booth fees are non-refundable.

Submissions require an artist statement (250 words or less), 3 photos of artwork, 1 photo of booth with tent, artist contact information, website and/or social media links (at least one required), valid Arizona TPT License number, and business name and physical address. A Chandler Business License number is required if the business is based within the City of Chandler. Images must be high-resolution JPEG files at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30MB. For 2-D work, crop out all parts except the artwork itself; do not photograph with glass. For 3-D work, submit a photo of an individual piece or cohesive grouping as part of a series. Artists accepted into the show agree to sell only original artwork and handmade items in the single category for which they were juried. Mass-produced items, MLM products, and food vendors are not allowed. Political artwork and signage are prohibited. Artists are responsible for their own day-of event insurance, payment systems, and tax collection.
