Novum Artis - The New Artistic Magazine Premiere Issue

Novum Artis is a new bi-monthly publication dedicated to helping new and emerging artists get their art exposed to the world. Readers will discover proven methods for increasing their exposure and profile from established experts, as well as their peers. Each issue features a call for artists to submit their art for juried consideration.

Selected artists will receive a two-page gatefold presentation in the next issue, featuring their headshot, biography, artist statement (if submitted), and social media/contact information, along with up to 3 of their submitted artworks based on available space. All art will be published in full color. Novum Artis is distributed online for free, with print copies available on-demand from their website.

Submission to artist calls is free. Selected artists will be asked to pay a US$100 inclusion fee for publication. Artists may submit 1 to 10 artworks for consideration. Artworks should have been created within the last 5 years and can be in any medium that can be clearly photographed, including 2- or 3-dimensional work. High resolution print quality images are preferred (maximum 2400x3000 at 300dpi). All submitted art must be original work created without instructor supervision, and the artist must own the rights. All artists will be notified of the jury's decision via email within 7 business days after the submission deadline. The call is open to any artist, professional or amateur, worldwide.
