Novum Artis - The New Artistic Magazine Issue 002

Novum Artis is a bi-monthly publication dedicated to helping new and emerging artists get their art exposed to the world. Readers will discover proven methods for increasing their exposure and profile from established experts and peers. Each issue includes a call for artists to submit their art for juried consideration.

Selected artists will receive a two-page gatefold presentation in the next issue, featuring their headshot, biography, artist statement (if submitted), and social media/contact information, along with up to 3 of their submitted artworks based on available space. All art will be published in full color. Submission is free, but selected artists will be asked to pay a US$100 inclusion fee for publication. Novum Artis is distributed online for free, with print copies available on-demand from the website. Artists may order issues at cost.

Artists may submit 1 to 20 artworks. Eligibility is open to any artist, professional or amateur, worldwide. Artworks must be original work created without instructor supervision, and the artist must own the rights. Work created within the last 5 years is preferred. Any 2- or 3-dimensional work that can be clearly photographed is accepted. High-resolution print quality images are preferred (maximum 2400x3000 at 300dpi). Photos should show only the artwork itself, with no frames, easels, or other objects. For each artwork, provide title, medium, technique(s), year of creation, description, and size. Include price if the work is for sale; Novum Artis takes no commission on sales. All artists will be notified of the jury's decision via email within 7 business days after the submission deadline.
