About This Call
The Northville Art House Art Market is a three-day juried art fair featuring up to 150 visual artists. After taking a hiatus in 2024, the 2025 Art Market returns to Main and Center Streets in downtown Northville and will be bigger and better than ever. The event will be held Friday, June 13, 2025 3 pm-8pm, Saturday, June 14, 2025 10 am-8 pm, and Sunday, June 15, 2025 10 am-3 pm.
All artists must apply at www.zappapplication.org with a $35 non-refundable application/jury fee. Applications must include four digital images: three images of the artist's work in one medium category and one image of the artist's booth as it will appear at the Art Market. The fair features works from 12 distinct mediums including 2-D Mixed Media, 3-D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Drawing/Pastels/Prints, Fiber/Leather, Glass, Jewelry-Non-Precious, Jewelry-Precious, Metal/Sculpture, Painting, Photography/Digital Media, and Wood.
Booth fees are $325 for a single space and $650 for a double space. Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for collecting applicable sales tax. All works must be the original design of the artist, with reproductions limited to the artist's own original work and not exceeding 25% of total booth offerings. Artists will be notified of acceptance on April 7, 2025 via email and must confirm participation by April 30, 2025. Awards will be presented by a jury of three arts professionals, with winners announced at 10 am on Saturday, June 14.
