Nocturnal Illuminations

"Nocturnal Illuminations" is a juried group art exhibition at the Vanessa Lacy Gallery running from September 13-October 11, 2019. The gallery seeks art in all mediums, 2-D and 3-D, traditional and non-traditional, that glows. Work will be selected by a jury including gallery owner Vanessa Lacy and several local artists based on how well it follows the theme, is exhibition ready, and contributes to a cohesive exhibition.

Artwork must be original, for sale, and exhibition ready upon arrival. Drop-off dates are Saturday, September 7th (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) or Tuesday, September 10th (1-5 p.m.). Artists shipping work must ensure it arrives by September 7th and include a paid return shipping label. Pick-up dates are Saturday, October 12th (11 a.m.-3 p.m.) or Tuesday, October 15th (1-5 p.m.). Artists shipping work must include a tracking number and purchase shipping insurance; the gallery is not responsible for damage or theft during shipping. 2-D artwork must have a wire on the back and lay flush on the wall. The gallery will provide pedestals or shelving for 3-D work.

Entry deadline is September 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Entry fee is $15. Submit 1-5 images and up to 3 audio files. Artists will be notified of acceptance between September 2-3. No reproductions accepted, excluding photography.
