Noblesville Creates Seeking Artisan Vendors for Fairyville Event

The 14th Annual Welcome to Fairyville takes place April 23-26, 2025, with vendor events on Courthouse Lawn on the Downtown Square in Noblesville. Noblesville Creates is seeking artisan vendors with handmade items of original design. Each application will be reviewed by Noblesville Creates staff to ensure quality and product variety. No food vendors will be accepted.

Vendor dates and times are Fairy Friday, April 24th from 6-9 p.m. (setup at 4:30 p.m.) and Sprite Saturday, April 25th from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. (setup at 8:30 a.m.). Vendors receive a 10 x 10 foot space. A tent is highly recommended along with tent weights of approximately 40lbs per leg. Tent stakes are prohibited due to utility lines on the square property.

Booth cost is $40 for either Friday or Saturday, or $60 for both days. All vendors must complete the application and pay booth fees prior to the event. Spaces are assigned by Noblesville Creates staff. Application deadline is Monday, March 16th, 2026. Note: The Embrace Downtown initiative will be in progress during Welcome to Fairyville, including road closures, but the Downtown Square will remain navigable through multiple accessibility measures.
