NINE Design + Homes Festival of the Arts 2025

The 3rd Annual Nine Design + Homes Festival of the Arts takes place Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10am - 5pm in Detroit, MI. NINE Design + Homes artist studio and retail space, located in the heart of the arts district of Old Redford, Detroit and founded by stars of HGTV's Bargain Block, Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas, are partnering with The Guild of Artists and Artisans, producers of the world renowned Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair.

This outdoor one day urban fine art and craft show will feature 60+ jury-selected artisans in glass, painting, ceramic, jewelry, photography, mixed media, and more. The event, located in Old Redford's business corridor of northwest Detroit next to and amongst the adjoining arts community surrounding NINE Design + Homes, will showcase 65+ artists, live music at the Artist Village, Food Trucks, a peek inside the NINE Design + Homes' mini-home, and hands-on art making activities inside the Studio of NINE Design + Homes. Free parking is available in several different nearby and easily accessible parking lots.

Artists in fine art and urban craft disciplines are invited to apply. Applications require four work images and one booth image with work displayed, plus a $25 application fee. Applications are accepted online until midnight EST, March 31, 2025. Late applications are subject to a $25 late fee. Professional security will be provided, and there is ample artist parking available in close proximity to the fair site. Electricity will not be available at this event and generators are not permitted.
