About This Call
Join the Naturalist Gallery in exploring the art of portraiture. This exhibition aims to showcase diverse interpretations of expression and identity through portraits. Whether classic or contemporary, realistic or abstract, all works of portraiture are eligible for exhibition. If selected, your chosen work will be curated into the Naturalist Gallery Portrait Collection.
This call is open to artists internationally, welcoming all visual art media except video. Artists must be 18 years or older. Submissions should include a minimum of 1 artwork and a maximum of 20 artworks. The application fee is $30.
If selected, your work will be featured in the online Portrait Collection for a minimum of 60 days and may be included in marketing materials such as articles, email newsletters, and press releases. Your art will be assessed by a dedicated panel of jurors consisting of members from the curation team. Exhibition dates are 8/27/24 - 10/26/24.
