Natural Diversity at the Bath House

Natural Diversity is an exhibition showcasing variation within art forms, including abstract, figurative, still life, diverse mediums, color, form, texture, and dimensions. The exhibition considers landscapes as well as themes of communities and their diverse nature in particular places or communities.

The exhibition will be held at The Bath House Cultural Arts Center, located at 521 E Lawther Dr, Dallas, TX 75218 on White Rock Lake Park's east shore. Artwork will be juried by TJAA and curated by The Bath House Cultural Arts Center. Artists may submit up to 5 pieces of work. This is a sales opportunity, though not all work must be for sale. Sales are conducted directly between artist and buyer, with all proceeds going to the artist. The Texas Jewish Arts Association requests a minimum 10% donation from any art sales stemming from this exhibition. All works must be displayed for the entire show, even if sold during it.

Eligibility: Artists must be 18 years or older. 2-D works must be on gallery-wrapped 1.5" depth canvas or framed canvas, with maximum dimensions of 48" w x 52" h and 30 lbs maximum weight. All artwork must be wired with D rings for hanging. 3-D works must fit available pedestals (18" x 18" wide display top, 36" height), with some space allowed for floor sculptures. 3-D works have a 30 lbs maximum weight. All shipping, packaging, and logistics are the artist's responsibility. Load-in is Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Load-out is Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Failure to pick up artwork may result in being barred from future exhibitions and/or a $50 daily storage fee. Artwork not picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned. Entry fee: $35.00. Submit 1-5 images of work samples.
