National Cornbread Festival 2027 - Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

The National Cornbread Festival, celebrating over 25 years, takes place in downtown South Pittsburg, Tennessee, a historic town in the Sequatchie Valley between the Cumberland Plateau and Tennessee River, located two miles south of I-24 and 30 miles west of Chattanooga. The festival runs Friday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 25th, 2027.

The National Cornbread Festival Arts & Crafts Committee selects approximately 100 vendors through a juried process based on originality, quality, presentation, and alignment with festival goals. This application is for arts and crafts items only; food vendors must contact the Concessions Committee at 423-837-8378. The festival features a cornbread cook-off, entertainment, food, arts, crafts, and carnival. Friday night includes a street dance and sometimes fireworks. A professional carnival operates the week preceding the festival.

Application deadline is January 8, 2027 for the $35 jury fee (fees increase after this date). Vendors must submit five photos—four of wares and one of booth setup. Booth fees are $275 for a single 12' x 12' space or $575 for a double space (limited availability). Limited spaces at $250 may be available in non-prime locations. Electricity access is available for select spaces at a $50 fee. Vendors must set up during assigned 60-minute unloading times on Friday (8:00 am to 3:00 pm CST) and remain open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday, regardless of weather. A 10' x 10' tent and display tables are required. Vendors are responsible for all sales and taxes; no commission is taken. Booth fees are non-refundable except in case of major festival delay or cancellation.
