National Cornbread Festival 2026

The National Cornbread Festival has celebrated over 25 years of festivals in downtown South Pittsburg, Tennessee, a historic town nestled between the Cumberland Plateau and the Tennessee River in the beautiful Sequatchie Valley. The Festival will begin Friday evening, April 24th and end Sunday evening, April 26th. The Festival will host a cornbread cook-off, entertainment, food, arts, crafts, and a carnival. The festivities will begin Friday night with a street dance and, sometimes, fireworks.

The National Cornbread Festival Arts & Crafts Committee selects a little over 100 vendors through a juried process, based on originality, quality, presentation and alignment with festival goals and expectations. This application is only for arts and crafts items that DO NOT include food prepared on-site. Common categories include baskets, candles, clothing, digital media, fabric arts, face painting, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, paintings, photography, pottery, sculpture, soaps, wood, and wreaths.

Vendors must pay a non-refundable application/jury fee of $35 if application is submitted by 1/10/2026, after which jury fees will increase. Booth fees are $275 for a single 12' x 12' space or $575 for a double booth space. Vendors must be available to set up on Friday during designated times (8:00 am to 3:00 pm CST), stay open Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and participate regardless of weather conditions. A 10' x 10' tent fits nicely into the provided paved space. Limited electricity access is available for an additional $50 fee.
