Muskegon Museum of Art 90th Annual Regional All-Michigan Exhibition

The Muskegon Museum of Art invites artists 18 years or older residing in Michigan to submit work for the 90th Annual Regional All-Michigan Exhibition. The exhibition runs August 30 – November 7, 2018.

Eligibility and Submission: Artists may submit up to two original works completed in the last two years that have not been previously exhibited at the Muskegon Museum of Art. Commercial reproductions, including giclée prints, are not accepted. Traditional print media, photography, and digital art must be from a limited edition. Two-dimensional pieces may not exceed 6 feet wide by 8 feet high. Three-dimensional pieces may not exceed 8 feet high by 6 feet by 6 feet. Only work easily handled by two people will be accepted. Video entries are not permitted. Submit 1-4 digital images through the CaFÉ website. Entry fee is $35 ($20 for MMA Members). The deadline for entry is July 6, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.

Prizes and Details: Best of Show: $1,500, 2nd Place: $1,000, 3rd Place: $750. Additional prizes awarded, including purchase awards. All accepted work is eligible for sale through the MMA Store with a 30% commission. Artists will be notified of jury results by email no later than July 24, 2018. Hand-delivery of accepted artwork is August 16-18, 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Shipped work must arrive by Friday, August 17, 2018. All packing and shipping costs are the artist's responsibility. Accepted entries must remain in the exhibition through November 7, 2018. In-person pickup is November 8-10, 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Works not picked up by December 28, 2018 will be discarded.
