About This Call
Musikfest is the nation's largest free music festival, a 10-day celebration of performing and visual arts held every August in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1984, the festival features more than 400 performers and 500 performances across 16 stages (15 are free) and attracts over 1 million people each year. The festival takes place in the heart of Bethlehem's two downtowns: the Historic Moravian District on the North side of the Lehigh River and the SouthSide Arts District to the South.
This application is for non-artist vendors only. Accepted product categories include: Apparel, Accessories, Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products (pre-packaged, not consumable on-site), Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, Woodworking, and Other. The application fee is $27.00, and booth fees start at $2,800 per 10' x 10' space. Booth setup runs Friday, July 31 through Sunday, August 9, 2026, with festival hours Friday 5p-11p and Saturday-Sunday noon-11p (some spaces open at 5pm on weekdays). Spaces are located throughout the festival grounds on the north side.
Applications are evaluated based on product quality, event experience (particularly outdoor events), distinct product line with clear branding, prior ArtsQuest participation, ability to fit available resources (10' x 10' space and electrical requirements), and vendor's ability to provide their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents, weights, lights, etc.). Three jurors score applications using Yes, No, or Maybe. Full refunds of fees are available only if written cancellation notice is received within 14 days of acceptance; cancellations after 14 days are non-refundable. Application and deposit fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
