Musikfest Retailer Application 2025

Welcome to the largest FREE music festival in the nation! This summer we're proud to be celebrating 42 years of musical awesomeness! Musikfest is 10 days of great, live music on 16 different stages throughout Bethlehem's historic district and the SteelStacks arts campus. From the opening note to the closing act, more than 500 FREE performances will take place in the city's streets, parks, plazas and historic areas. The festival also features 49 vendors offering a variety of great eats, 11 nights of headline shows at Wind Creek Steel Stage at PNC Plaza, dozens of the nation's finest artisans, children's and family activities galore, and a fabulous fireworks display on Sunday, Aug. 10.

Retailers are defined as authorized dealers, resellers and/or sales representatives selling products made by others. Festival Retailers are located throughout the festival grounds on the north side of the festival, with booth fees starting at $2800 per 10' x 10' space. The festival runs Friday, August 1 - Sunday, August 10, with hours Friday 5p - 11p and Saturday through Sunday noon - 11p. Medium categories include Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products (must be pre-packaged and not consumable on-site), Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking.

Applications require 6 images and a booth shot. The application deadline is May 2, 2025, and will not be reopened unless additional applicants are needed. There is no wait list - your status will be accepted or not accepted. Selection criteria includes vendors with large event experience, particularly outdoor events, distinct product lines with variety of price points, and ability to operate within 10' x 10' space requirements. Once accepted, a $500 deposit per 10' x 10' space is required, with full payment due by May 29, 2025.
