Musikfest Artisan Application 2026

Musikfest is the nation's largest free music festival, celebrating 43 years of live music and community. The festival features 10 days of live performances across 16 stages in Bethlehem's historic district and the SteelStacks campus, with 500+ free shows, headline concerts, food vendors, and artisan vendors.

Artisans must be the designer/maker of all products sold and must be present at the event to represent their work. Medium categories include: Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products (pre-packaged; additional space fee applies), Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking. Applications require 6 images (booth shot required) and a $27 application fee. Jury selection occurs May 4-8, 2026, with notification on May 15, 2026.

Two booth locations are available: Northside Handwerkplatz (July 31 - August 9, grassy/dirt surface, $1000+ per 10' x 10') and Southside Handwerkplatz at SteelStacks Campus (July 30 - August 9, paved surface, $700+ per 10' x 10'). Vendors may cancel for a full refund only if written cancellation notice is received within 14 days of acceptance; cancellations after 14 days are non-refundable. Approximately 100 applications are submitted annually, with an average of 35 artists selected from jury review.
