Musikfest Artisan Application 2025

Musikfest is the largest FREE music festival in the nation, celebrating 42 years of musical excellence. The 10-day festival features more than 500 FREE performances on 16 different stages throughout Bethlehem's historic district and the SteelStacks arts campus, along with 49 food vendors, headline shows, and dozens of the nation's finest artisans. The festival runs from July 31 - August 10, 2025.

Artisan vendors can choose between two locations: Northside Handwerkplatz (booth fee starting at $1000 per 10' x 10' space, Friday August 1 - Sunday August 10, grassy/dirt surface) or Southside Handwerkplatz (booth fee starting at $700 per 10' x 10' space, Thursday July 31 - Sunday August 10, paved surface). Hours are weekends noon-11pm and weekdays 5pm-11pm. Accepted medium categories include Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, pre-packaged Food Products, Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking.

Applicants must be the designer/maker of ALL products being sold, with everything made by the artisan (no reselling allowed). The artisan must be present at the event to represent their work. Applications require 6 images and a booth shot. Approximately 45 artists are selected from around 100 applications annually. A deposit of $150 per 10' x 10' space is required upon acceptance, with full payment due by specified deadlines. Cancellations within 14 days of acceptance receive full refunds; later cancellations are non-refundable.
