Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami: Optic Nerve 15

The Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami (MOCA) is seeking film and video submissions for Optic Nerve 15, the museum's fifteenth edition short film and video showcase featuring work by emerging national artists and filmmakers. Selected films will be screened at MOCA (770 NE 125th Street, North Miami) on Friday, August 23, 2013. A film will be purchased for the museum's permanent collection. Eligibility is open to artists and filmmakers internationally.

Submissions must contain original material created within the last two years. Entries are limited to two per person and must be no longer than 5 minutes in length and not exceed 100 MB. Submissions are capped at 225 entries. Each submission must include a complete application, artist's CV and bio, work description, and processing fee. All submissions must be accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee payable by credit card: $10 per entry if received by June 16, 2013 ($5 for MOCA members); $20 per entry for non-members ($10 for MOCA members).
