MUSE

MUSE invites artists to explore the concept of artistic inspiration through their own perspective. The artist's muse—whether a person, spirit, or personified force—drives the creative process and guides artists into creating their worlds. This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional, working in all fine art mediums including oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, and digital art (video excluded). Work that is copied or done under the guidance of an instructor is not eligible.

Submit between 1 and 20 JPEG images (minimum 1920 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi, maximum 5 mb file size). Entry fee is $20 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. JPEGs are due by Friday, August 7, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email on Friday, September 4, 2020. All accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.art-fluent.com. Artists receive 100% of sales. A portion of proceeds from the call will be donated to a non-profit art organization chosen by the juror, Jackie Reeves.
