About This Call

The Mt. Si Artist Guild invites artists to submit work for their Small Works Juried Show. This is a juried competition with online entry from July 1 to September 1, 2025. The entry deadline is September 1 at 11 PM PST. Accepted artists will be notified on September 14. The exhibition runs October 1 to October 31, 2025, with an artist's reception on October 4 from 1-4 P.M.

Eligibility and Requirements: All artwork must be 2D originals measuring 164 square inches or less (including framing). Eligible media includes paintings and drawings; photography, computer-generated art, and 3D artwork are not accepted. Work produced in workshops or classes, copies, or derivatives of other artists' work cannot be submitted. All artwork must be properly finished, wired for hanging, and labeled with artist name, title, medium, and price. Unframed gallery-wrapped canvas must have finished sides. In-person delivery is required on September 28, 2025, between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M. at the Art Gallery of SnoValley, 8130 Railroad Ave SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065. Unsold artwork must be picked up on November 2, 2025, between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M.

Entry Fee and Awards: The entry fee is $40 for one to three pieces. Awards include First Place ($300), Second Place ($200), Third Place ($150), and three Honorable Mentions ($50 each). MSAG retains a 30% commission from all works sold. Work samples should be submitted as JPEG or JPG files, 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB. The juror is Kay Barnes, CWA, NWWS. All entries must be submitted online at https://www.callforentry.org/. No mail-in registration is available.
