MSU 63rd Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Show 2026

The Annual MSU Winter Arts and Crafts Show is a seasonal fundraiser for the University Activities Board (UAB). All proceeds from booth fees support UAB's mission to provide low-cost or free events for MSU students. The show takes place December 5 & 6, 2026, inside the MSU Union (49 Abbot Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824) and features over 125 vendors and approximately 8,000 patrons over the weekend.

The show focuses on high-quality handmade arts and crafts only. Vendors must be actively involved in the design and production of their work. The show does not accept mass-produced, wholesale, or resale items; work created by third parties; designs predominantly purchased from third-party vendors; 3D printed products; or prepared, ready-to-serve meals. Booth sizes are Single 5x8 ($225) or Double 8x16 ($495). Load-in takes place Friday night and Saturday morning.

The application deadline is November 8, 2026. Returning vendors have a priority deadline of August 25, 2026, for priority booth placement. Acceptance notifications will be sent between August 25 and November 21. Confirmation and payment deadline is October 25, 2026. Booth fees are refundable if a vendor confirms acceptance and cancels on or before October 25, 2026. The show does not allow open flames or generators. Appliances with high electrical draw may trip the breaker, which cannot be reset onsite.
