MSU 62nd Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Show 2025

The Annual MSU Arts and Crafts Show is a seasonal tradition and beloved community event. The Winter and Spring Arts and Crafts Shows are fundraisers for the University Activities Board (UAB), with all proceeds from booth fees going directly to UAB to provide opportunities for students to build connections, create community, and a sense of belonging at MSU through fun and engaging events. The Winter Arts and Crafts Show is located in the MSU Union, with over 125 vendors and 8,000 patrons over the weekend.

The show focuses on high quality "handmade" arts and crafts - no resell or wholesale - and is intended for artists/crafters who are actively involved in the design and production of the work they sell. The event takes place December 6 & 7, 2025, inside the MSU Union (49 Abbot Rd, East Lansing Mi, 48824). Booth sizes available are Single 5x8 ($225) and Double 8x16 ($495). Application fee is free, and 8 images plus a booth shot are required.

Important note: Due to significantly more applications than usual, there is a high likelihood that new applicants will not be invited to participate, especially those in highly saturated categories such as soaps, candles, woodworking, and jewelry. Priority deadline for returning vendors is August 25, with acceptance notifications from August 25 - November 21. Application deadline is November 8, confirmation and payment deadline is October 25, and booth fee refund deadline is October 25.
