About This Call
The Mountain Artists Guild Mother's Day Fine Art Festival is an outdoor event on the historic Courthouse Plaza in Downtown Prescott on Saturday and Sunday, May 9th and 10th, 2026. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday and 9 am to 4 pm on Sunday. This area is a popular Arizona destination, attracting visitors from the Phoenix Metro area, as well as Grand Canyon tourists. The Mother's Day Fine Art Festival also attracts local participation, many of whom are retirees or summer visitors with second homes here. This unique festival holds great appeal for our thriving local arts community and art tourists alike.
The festival showcases a juried exhibition of outstanding fine artists and a variety of vendors. Up to 130 vendors may be accepted for this show. The Mountain Artists Guild will be accepting submissions for Fine Artists and Artisans in the following categories: ceramics, fiber, digital art, drawing and pastel, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, and other hand-crafted products. All applicants will be juried for acceptance. Vendors will be provided free nearby RV parking, bottled water, and volunteer booth-sitters.
The booth space is 15' X 10' with 2' X 15' storage space along the back of the booth. The non-refundable application fee is $40, and booth fees are $415.00 per booth ($365 for Guild Members). All vendors must have an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID and provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000. Original work only is accepted, and the artist must be present at the booth during festival hours.
