Mother River: The Columbia and Her Tributaries

This exhibition invites artists to submit interpretations of the Columbia River or one of its tributaries, such as the Klickitat or White Salmon rivers. Work in all mediums and sizes will be accepted, including painting, drawing, printmaking, fiber, photography, glass, ceramics, and new media. The goal is to celebrate the stunning Gorge landscape with a specific focus on rivers and raise awareness about their importance as sources of livelihood, commerce, recreation, transportation, food, and irrigation.

The exhibition runs from July 2-31. Pick-up and drop-off dates are June 22-26. In-person delivery to the gallery is preferred, but shipping is accepted with artist paying shipping costs. Dates are flexible but require prior approval.

Submissions must include 5-10 images. Entry fee is $15. BIPOC, LGBTQ, and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Applications already received will receive refunds within 7-10 business days, and artists will still be considered in the selection process.
