Moss Rock Festival 2025

Hoover, Alabama hosts the return of Moss Rock Festival on the first full weekend of November, featuring artists exhibiting fine art and contemporary crafts, primarily but not exclusively inspired by nature and/or made from natural or recycled materials. The festival also includes +Design products and tech exhibitions by makers, designers, engineers, and up-cyclers, SmartLIVING ideas and Marketplace, Nature enthusiasts' district, live music, Beer Garden craft tasting event, WonderKid Studios art workshops for children, and local food trucks.

The festival is open to all Artists/Designers/Makers/Artisans 18 years of age or older, as well as appropriate companies and organizations. Accepted art mediums include original fine art, craft, and design only: Painting, Watercolor, Drawing, 2D Mixed Media, 2D Digital/Computer Generated, Photography, Printmaking, Fiber, Jewelry, Clay, Glass, Metalwork, Wood, 3D Mixed Media, 3D Digital/Computer Generated, Sculpture, and Furniture. Additional exhibitor categories include Nature, SmartLIVING, Sweetery, and Non-Profit organizations. Early Bird application deadline is July 5, 2025 with a $35 application fee, while the regular jury application deadline is August 19, 2025 with a $50 fee.

The festival takes place Saturday, November 1 (10:00am - 5:00pm) and Sunday, November 2 (10:00am - 4:00pm). Exhibitor amenities include continental breakfast both mornings, Saturday Night Stars Artist/Exhibitor Celebration and Dinner Event, exhibitor profile on festival website, booth sitting by volunteers, and free exhibitor parking. All exhibited items must be the exhibitor's original work, available for sale, and exhibitors must be present during all festival hours.
