About This Call
The Mosaics Fine Art Festival is a limited participation fine art show juried by art industry professionals, taking place September 12-14, 2025, along scenic, historic North Main Street in St. Charles, Missouri. This 30th annual festival transforms North Main Street into an outdoor art gallery featuring fine art for sale by up to 100 juried local and national artists. The festival runs September 12 from 4:00pm-9:00pm, September 13 from 10:00am-8:00pm, and September 14 from 11:00am-4:00pm. Historic Main Street is Missouri's first and largest nationally registered historic district, with brick-paved streets home to unique shops, restaurants, and B&Bs in buildings dating to the 1800s.
Cash awards of $5,000 will be awarded to 9 artists. The application fee is $25.00, with booth fees of $325 for single booths, $500 for corner booths, and $625 for double booths. Artists must submit 6 images and a booth shot is required. Emerging artists are accepted, and a waitlist will be offered for 2025.
Artist amenities include booth sitters on call, water delivery to booths, vehicle street access for setup and teardown, load-in/load-out assistance, free electricity, some meals provided, and overnight security on Friday and Saturday nights. The festival features live musical entertainment, a Children's Village with hands-on activities, Pet Pavilion with pets for adoption, Art Shop for Kids, Joyce Rosen Scholarship Exhibit for emerging high school artists, beverage stations, and numerous local restaurants along Main Street. The event includes a comprehensive advertising and marketing campaign throughout the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.
