About This Call
Molalla River School District seeks an artist or artist team to design, fabricate, and install a new permanent, site-integrated sculpture for the Courtyard Garden at the new Molalla River Middle School in Molalla, Oregon. The planted, open-to-the-sky courtyard is intended for three-dimensional work with verticality and presence; it is visible from the interior commons and will be directly touched and used by students. The artist must address exterior durability in the Willamette Valley climate, foundation and anchoring requirements, and long-term maintenance.
